1. Proper troop meeting uniform is the tan Boy Scout
   shirt with all current Boy Scout insignia including
   rank and office patches, troop neckerchief,
   neckerchief slide, Boy Scout green web belt and brass
   buckle, clean, dark color, jeans or school type pants,
   tie type shoes (no sandals).
   Pants will be BLUE, BLACK, BROWN, or GREEN COLOR,
   NO SWEATS, NO BLEACHED OR FADED PANTS.

2. Zippered three-ring binder with:
   a. Subject dividers
   b. Three-hole lined notebook paper (100 sheets)
   c. Troop instructional hand-outs
   d. Mechanical pencil
   e. Spare lead for pencil
   f. Eraser
   g. Pen

4. Appropriate Merit Badge Books

5. Other books, materials, or items as instructed
